What are the right formats for the customizable elements of my map (icon, cluster, pop-in...)?
Before integrating your maps, it is important to adapt your content to the right format!
Here are the standard dimensions, according to formats, to display visual elements optimally on your maps.
Point icons:
π Ideal dimension: 80 x 80 px
- If one or more of your points have an "Image or video" property (URL format) associated during mapping, you can choose to display the thumbnail rather than an icon on your map.
π Please note:
By default, this thumbnail is resized to a square format, but if you wish to prevent this automatic resizing, contact us at customers@getwemap.com.
- For other points, you can select an icon that will display on the map: by choosing from the list or by uploading your own file (JPEG, PNG format)

Introduction card / Welcome Pop-in:
π Ideal dimension:
- Icon: 80 x 80 px
- Banner: 400 x 133 px
The introduction card is a customizable welcome pop-up that opens when the user views the map. It then invites them to choose their preferences to get a pre-filtered view.
You can customize the banner and icon by importing your own media in JPEG, JPG, PNG or SVG format.

Cluster:
π Ideal dimension: 80 x 80 px
The cluster is a kind of magnet that groups points around it based on a radius and zoom level to ensure good map readability. It can be illustrated with an icon of your choice.
