Customize my basemap (create a stylesheet)

The stylesheet allows you to customize the map background colors (water, land, etc.) to match your brand guidelines, integration page, or a specific event.

You can associate it with one or more maps: any changes made will be automatically applied to all maps using it.

🎨 Adding and customizing a stylesheet

1. Create a new resource: "Create" > "Resource"
2. Select "Stylesheet"
3. Name the resource

4. Customize your map background:

• Land interior
• Parks
• Roads
• Water

5. Click "Save"

🔗 Linking the stylesheet to a map

You can associate a stylesheet with a map in 2 ways: from the resource or from the map.

• From the resource:

Once the stylesheet is saved, you can link it directly to one or more maps:

1. Click "Link this style to a map"
2. Select the map(s) concerned
3. Click "Ok"

• From the map:

1. Access your map
2. Go to the "Formatting" menu, then to the "Map style" section
3. Select the stylesheet concerned
4. Click "Save my map"
