Where to find the URL / API key for my Jotform connector?

On Wemap Pro, you have the possibility to create a contributive map, which can be used to:

• list the initiatives and events you want to communicate about
• collect data in a standardized way
• build a network of project leaders...

To do this, you can use the Jotform connector to retrieve data from forms completed by contributors.

Importing your contributions to Wemap requires a URL that is structured as follows:

📌 https://eu-api.jotform.com/form/XXXXXXXX(form ID)/submissions?apikey=XXXXXXXXXXX(API key)&orderby=id

👉 The XXXX fields need to be replaced with your information:

• Form ID: used to designate the form that Wemap should connect to
• API key: used to give Wemap authorization to connect to your account

📄 Find your form ID

1. Access your Jotform account
2. Select your form and click on "Edit"
3. Retrieve its ID using one of the following methods:

• In the URL of the navigation bar
• From the "Publish" tab then "Quick Share"

🔑 Find the API key of your Jotform account (or create one if necessary)

1. Access your Jotform account
2. Click on your profile picture in the top right
3. Select "Settings"
4. Access the "API" tab
5. Retrieve the API key or create a new one by clicking on "Create Key"
