How to create a point manually (outside of a connector)?

There are 2 ways to add a point on Wemap Pro:

• Via creating a list (Excel file or connector)
• Via manual creation of a point

We present here the manual point creation method, without connector or file.

📍 Create a point manually

1. Access the page for creating a point: "Create" > "Point"
2. Add your point to a list to be able to add it to a map:

• Search for an existing list
• Or create a new list by entering a title, then clicking on "+"

3. Complete the information to enrich your point:

• Required information:
  • Point name
  • Location: address or coordinates (latitude / longitude)
• Optional information:
  • Add an icon / image / video
  • Add an image carousel
  • Tags: they allow you to highlight information in "label" form and offer a search by filters.
  • Description
  • Link
  • Country code
  • Phone
  • Facebook page
  • Twitter page
  • External Data
  • Opening hours

4. Click on "Create"

You can then find it in "Manage" > "My points" as well as in the list to which it belongs.
