The phone number does not display when clicking on my point

You indicated a phone number in your source file, but this information doesn't display when clicking on your point?

Possible cause:

You may have entered this information in the "advanced fields" during mapping.

However, using advanced fields requires specific formats, which is why we don't recommend using advanced fields.

Solution:

Instead, use the "Description" field to enter information such as phone number, opening hours, etc...
