Define the opening area of my map

In order to highlight a territory (city, region, country...), it is possible to define a geographic zone on which the map opens.


πŸ—ΊοΈ Define the opening zone

  1. Access your map
  2. Go to the "Layout, controls and map launch" menu
  3. Configure the opening zone:
    • Auto: the map automatically opens on an overview of the points
    • User position: the map opens on the user's location via their geolocation (recommended for mobile use)
    • Fixed zone: choose which geographic zone you want the map to open on (to be used to highlight a territory or simplify navigation)
      • Click on "Define the fixed zone"
      • Zoom and center the map on the desired zone
      • Click on "OK"
  1. Save your map
